2008/2009 Sponsorship Opportunities with United Way of the CSRA, Inc.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

 
      United Way Website
Sponsorship Commitment by: December 2008
Sponsorship Request: $2,000 (Seeking 1 sponsor)
 
Sponsorship Details: United Way is seeking sponsorship for monthly maintenance and hosting fees to maintain the current website. Also, as pages and graphics are added, additional charges are incurred from the website developer. 
 
Opportunity for sponsor: Website will feature sponsor’s name and logo. 
 
          2-1-1 Website
Sponsorship Commitment by: November 2008
Sponsorship Request: $12,000 (Seeking 1 sponsor)
 
Sponsorship Details: United Way is in need of a new 2-1-1 website which will enable those in need to locate agencies/organizations where assistance can be obtained. Hosting fee and sponsorship will be necessary to maintain the website.
 
Opportunity for sponsor: Website will feature sponsor’s name and logo. 
 
      2-1-1 Transit Board Campaign
Sponsorship Commitment by: April 2008 
Sponsorship Request: $5,000-$10,000 (Seeking 1-2 sponsors)
 
Sponsorship Details: A billboard campaign will be developed (3-5 billboards) and displayed throughout the year in strategic locations throughout Augusta. The campaign will help promote United Way’s 2-1-1 call center and encourage callers to use the 2-1-1 line when they need help. Campaign will depend on the sponsorship dollars available. In 2007, 2-1-1 received over 10,000 calls for assistance.
 
Opportunity for sponsor/s: All billboards will feature sponsors’ names and logos. 
 
      “LIVE UNITED” Advertising Campaign
Sponsorship Commitment by: June 2008
Sponsorship Request: $5,000-$10,000 (Seeking 1-3 sponsors)
 
Sponsorship Details: United Way’s key message for 2008 is “Live United”, created by United Way of America as the next phase in an advertising campaign to expand the new United Way brand identity.   New print, television and radio ads, and PSAs have been created by UWA for use by local United Ways.   An advertising campaign will be developed by UWCSRA to run these ads for one to three months during the fall. The campaign will help to promote awareness of United Way throughout the community by educating the public on who we are and what we do.  Campaign will depend on the sponsorship dollars available. 
 
Opportunity for sponsor/s: All advertisements, PSAs, and print ads will feature sponsors’ names and logos.
